Here is how it works :

Please print out your order and mail it along with your phone.
Write your phone IMEI (press *#06# on your phone) on the work order as well.
Send the phone with a fully charged battery or your phone/order will be rejected.
Do not include SIM card or any other accessories.
Please make sure proper packaging for your phone. We are not responsible for lost or damaged package.
Turn around time is typically same day or 1 business day. In some case, it might take longer.
Xpresspost with tracking number is the default courier. Faster shipping is available as well, please contact us for more detail.
