Here is how it works :

1. Please print out your order and mail it along with your phone.
2. Write your phone IMEI (press *#06# on your phone) on the work order as well.
3. Send the phone with a fully charged battery or your phone/order will be rejected.
4. Do not include SIM card or any other accessories.
It is the responsibility of the client to back up all datas prior to servicing as we are not responsible for any lost information on the phone.
5. Please make sure proper packaging for your phone. We are not responsible for lost or damaged package.
6. Turn around time is typically same day or 1 business day. In some case, it might take longer.
7. Xpresspost with tracking number is the default courier. Faster shipping is available as well, please contact us for more detail.

   Please declare your phone as "No commercial Value for Repair with the value of less than US$10". PLEASE DON'T SEND YOUR PHONE TO US BY UPS. If you do we will reject it.
   
9. After you have sent your phone, please let us know the tracking number and shipping method. We recommend the use of courier with traceable means.

NOTE:
Remember some unlock - unbrand - debrand - debranding - conversion - upgrade - flashing firmware - language change has known bugs, so make sure you have read and researched it before sending phone.

We DO NOT test functionality as there are too many of them and will slow down all orders. NO GUARANTEE ON FUNCTIONS!! WE DO GUARANTEE that unlock - conversion - upgrade - flashing firmware - language change is successful and that you can make phone calls.
