This process can take up to 1-3 business days. There is NO CANCELLATION OF ORDER before 3 business days. You would need to provide the IMEI #. IMEI # (15 digits) can be found under the battery cover or by pressing *#06#*. Do not use the IMEI # found on the phone box since there are times where there is a mismatch of box and phone. Please make sure the IMEI is accurate as unlock code is IMEI-specific. 

This unlock code will not work if you have tried 3 times with other codes.

If for any reason unlock code doesnt work, videoproof must be made before a refund will be determined or issued.
