Product Description
The BlueAnt X5 Stereo Bluetooth Headset is a portable multi-function device utilizing the latest technologies to allow you to wirelessly stream high quality music and make voice calls using a mobile phone, pda, or computer.

Connect directly to A2DP compatible phones and computers or utilize the supplied BlueAnt Audio Streamer to connect to any MP3 player, iPod, or DVD etc and stream music direct while answering calls from a phone.

Open your favourite VoIP program and talk anywhere in the world. With a detachable microphone, USB and AC charging options, the X5 is a complete mobile communications accessory for people who require wireless freedom.

What's the difference between the BlueAnt X5 and the BlueAnt X5i?
This product, the X5 Stereo Bluetooth Headset, includes an audio streaming adaptor which enables you to stream wireless audio to the X5 Stereo Headset from any 3.5mm output such as your MP3 player, gaming console, TV or computer. It also enables connection to your PC or notebook for VOIP functionality.

The X5i Stereo Bluetooth Headset does not come with an audio streamer so you will require a compatible A2DP device to stream wireless audio. Both devices will pair with your Bluetooth enabled Cell Phone or PDA for handsfree functionality.

Please note that your phone must support A2DP in order to wirelessly stream music with the BlueAnt X5. Please check in your phone's instruction manual, or contact the manufacturer, if you are not sure whether your phone supports A2DP or not. If it does not, you will still be able to use the handsfree mode of this headset, but you will not be able to stream music.
